MJB Care Affiliate Program Agreement

MJB Care is a health services organization and medical facilitator based in Türkiye. MJB Care connects patients with licensed clinics and doctors, and provides coordination, assistance, guidance, and support. MJB Care does NOT perform medical treatments and does not act as a healthcare provider. Treatment outcomes depend entirely on the clinic and doctor selected.

Commission is earned only when all of the following conditions are met:

• Patient uses the Affiliate's unique link or code.
• Patient has not previously registered with MJB Care through another affiliate.
• Patient pays for treatment and payment is successfully received by MJB Care.
• Commission is calculated from the total paid medical treatment cost.
• Self-referrals and misleading promotions are not eligible.

Affiliates must communicate accurately that patients should independently verify clinics, doctors, and materials. MJB Care provides verified providers, transparent guidance, authentic materials with proof of origin, and lifetime aftercare support.

• Guaranteeing treatment results is strictly prohibited.
• Making false medical claims is strictly prohibited.
• Misrepresenting pricing or treatment scope is strictly prohibited.

MJB Care operates a patient protection model that safeguards patients from hidden fees, fake materials, unethical upselling, and misleading practices. All affiliates must reflect this honest positioning in their content. Exaggeration, false urgency, or deceptive marketing is grounds for immediate termination.

• Commissions are paid 1–7 days after confirmation of sale.
• Payment is made after treatment completion and full payment clearance.
• Affiliates must provide valid identity and payment details before receiving payment.
• Payment methods include Western Union, Ria, or cash.

Referral tracking is based on the Affiliate's unique link or code. MJB Care is not responsible for broken links, cookie blocking by users, or user behavior that prevents attribution. Affiliates must not attempt to manipulate tracking systems in any way.

• Affiliates may use approved MJB Care brand assets and marketing materials.
• Affiliates may NOT modify MJB Care branding, logos, or imagery.
• Affiliates may NOT claim official representation or create communications that imply they are MJB Care.

Affiliates must protect the confidentiality of patient data and any internal MJB Care business information they become aware of. This obligation continues after the termination of the affiliate relationship.

MJB Care may terminate this agreement immediately if an affiliate misleads patients, causes reputational damage, or violates any applicable law or the terms of this agreement. Upon termination, all affiliate rights are revoked and pending commissions may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

MJB Care is not responsible for medical outcomes, treatment results, or the performance of any clinic or doctor. Affiliates acknowledge that they are referring patients to a facilitator, not a treatment provider.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul, Türkiye.

The Affiliate is an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship, agency, partnership, or legal representation between the Affiliate and MJB Care.

MJB Care may update this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement may be accepted electronically in either of the following ways, each of which constitutes a binding signature: (a) checking the acceptance box during affiliate registration at mjb.care/affiliatehome; or (b) submitting your name and email through the signature form on this page. In both cases, MJB Care records the signer's name, email, the date and time of acceptance, and the version of the Agreement accepted, and a confirmation copy is sent to the email address provided. This electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
