1. About MJB Care

MJB Care is an independent healthcare facilitation organisation based in Istanbul, Turkey. We are not a medical provider, clinic, or hospital. We act as an intermediary, connecting international patients with verified, accredited medical clinics in Istanbul for dental treatment and hair transplant procedures.

Our role is to provide guidance, clinic matching, coordination support, and aftercare assistance. All medical treatment is carried out exclusively by the partner clinics and their licensed medical professionals, not by MJB Care.

2. Our Services

MJB Care provides the following facilitation services:

• Free consultation and clinic matching based on your treatment needs and budget.
• Coordination of treatment appointments and schedules with partner clinics.
• Assistance with travel logistics including hotel recommendations and airport transfer arrangements.
• Translation and communication support during your treatment stay where required.
• Free lifetime aftercare coordination — we remain your point of contact after treatment to support any follow-up, warranty claims, or concerns.

All services are provided on the basis that MJB Care acts as a facilitator only. The clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan, and execution of all medical procedures are the sole responsibility of the treating clinic and its licensed medical professionals.

3. Medical Disclaimer

MJB Care does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on our website or in our communications should be interpreted as medical advice.

All decisions regarding your healthcare, including whether to proceed with a particular treatment, are made by you in consultation with your treating clinician. We strongly recommend that you:

• Obtain all necessary pre-treatment evaluations and, where appropriate, a second medical opinion.
• Disclose your full medical history and any medications to the treating clinic.
• Ensure you are medically fit to travel and undergo the proposed treatment.
• Arrange comprehensive travel and medical insurance for your trip.

MJB Care bears no responsibility for any medical outcomes, complications, or adverse effects arising from treatment carried out by partner clinics.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or submit an enquiry. By contacting us, you confirm that you are 18 or over and have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement.

Patients under 18 may only be represented by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.

5. Bookings & Payments

MJB Care's consultation and matching services are provided free of charge. Payments for medical treatment are made directly to the treating clinic in accordance with that clinic's payment terms. MJB Care does not hold, collect, or process treatment payments on behalf of clinics unless explicitly stated in writing.

Any deposit or treatment fee paid to a partner clinic is subject to that clinic's individual booking and payment policies. MJB Care will provide you with full transparency on costs before any financial commitment is made.

Prices quoted are indicative and subject to final confirmation following a clinical assessment by the treating clinic. MJB Care does not guarantee that final treatment costs will not vary from initial estimates.

6. Our Warranty

All crowns and All-on-X prosthetics arranged through MJB Care's partner clinics carry a 20-year warranty: 2 years of full corrective coverage, followed by 18 years of continued maintenance and touch-ups, with discounted corrective repairs available if ever needed beyond the initial coverage period. Implant fixtures carry a lifetime warranty.

If an issue arises within the warranty period, MJB Care coordinates directly with the treating clinic on your behalf to arrange assessment and any necessary corrective work. Warranty documentation is issued to you at the end of treatment and should be retained for reference.

The warranty covers genuine manufacturing and material defects, and clinical placement errors (for example, a crown that was fitted incorrectly by the treating clinic), together with standard wear-related maintenance under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by accident, trauma, neglect, failure to follow the clinic's aftercare instructions, or treatment or modifications carried out by a provider outside our partner clinic network. Warranty terms are set by the treating clinic and may vary by treatment type; exact terms will be confirmed in writing before your treatment begins.

Breakage that is not the result of a manufacturing or placement error is not covered by the full warranty. This includes, without limitation, breakage caused by biting or chewing hard or excessively tough foods, using the teeth on non-food objects, bruxism (teeth grinding), or bite/occlusion-related forces not attributable to a manufacturing or placement defect. In these cases, the warranty is void, and the patient is instead offered discounted corrective repair or replacement through the treating clinic rather than free coverage.

Natural tooth movement over time is a normal biological process that continues throughout life and is entirely outside MJB Care's and the treating clinic's control. If a crown shifts, becomes misaligned, or otherwise moves as a result of the natural movement of surrounding teeth, this is not a manufacturing or material defect and is not covered by the warranty.

A significant overbite or underbite places additional mechanical stress on crowns and increases the likelihood of breakage. For this reason, our partner clinics do not generally recommend crown treatment for patients with a significant overbite or underbite. Where a patient chooses to proceed with crown treatment against this advice, the increased risk of breakage is explained to the patient before treatment begins, and by proceeding, the patient accepts that risk. If a crown breaks in these circumstances, it is covered under discounted corrective coverage only and not under the full warranty.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation terms for medical treatment are set by each partner clinic and will be communicated to you in advance of booking. MJB Care will assist you in understanding and navigating these terms.

If a treatment issue arises after you return home, MJB Care will coordinate directly with the treating clinic on your behalf to seek resolution or enforce any applicable warranty (see Section 6, Our Warranty).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• MJB Care is not liable for any medical outcomes, complications, injuries, or adverse effects resulting from treatment provided by partner clinics.
• MJB Care is not liable for delays, cancellations, or issues arising from travel arrangements, accommodation, or third-party services.
• MJB Care's total liability to you for any claim arising from our facilitation services shall not exceed the total fees paid to MJB Care in connection with your engagement.
• MJB Care is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about yourself and your medical needs.
• Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications relevant to the proposed treatment.
• Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by the treating clinic.
• Attend all scheduled appointments and provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Providing false or misleading information may result in incorrect treatment recommendations and could compromise your safety. MJB Care accepts no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate information you provide.

10. Affiliate / Referral Partner Program

MJB Care operates an affiliate ("referral partner") program through which individuals may earn commission by referring patients who go on to complete treatment with a partner clinic. Participation is optional and open to anyone who registers through our affiliate portal.

By registering as an affiliate, you agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information and keep your account details (including contact information) up to date.
• Only refer patients using your unique affiliate link or code, and not misrepresent your relationship with MJB Care or make misleading claims about treatments, pricing, or outcomes when promoting your link.
• Not engage in self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, or any activity intended to artificially inflate referral counts or commission owed.
• Keep your account PIN confidential; you are responsible for activity on your affiliate account.

Commission rates, tier structures, bonuses, and payment terms are set out in our separate Affiliate Program Agreement and related program pages, which form part of these Terms for affiliates and may be updated from time to time. MJB Care reserves the right to review, adjust, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account for breach of these terms or the Affiliate Program Agreement, including withholding commission obtained through fraudulent or misleading activity.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the MJB Care website — including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and design — is owned by or licensed to MJB Care and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written permission from MJB Care.

12. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including partner clinics, booking tools, and social media platforms. These links are provided for convenience only. MJB Care has no control over third-party content and accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, availability, or privacy practices of any linked site.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these terms affects those statutory rights.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
